The Botanical Garden in Oslo

is conveniently located in the Tøyen district and can be reached directly with the T-Bane.
On the way from the T-Bane station to the garden you also pass the Munch Museum.
This can be perfectly connected.

The collections in the Botanical Garden comprise more than 5 500 plant species from different parts of the world.
The plants are cultivated in greenhouses and in various departments outdoors.
Botanical gardens convey knowledge about the variety of plantation and the importance of preserving this diversity. Plants that are threatened or susceptible to Norwegian nature are provided in the Botanical Garden.
As a green lung in the metropolitan area, the Botanical Garden is also an important recreation area for the population of Oslo.
